If you need help, we have a list of frequently asked questions and answers. We strive to give you the best buying experience possible.

1. How do you ensure 99.6% purity in your compounds?

We source from a well respected US based labratory. We take purity testing protocols very seriously. We purity test each batch our labs produce, and if it does not meet the minimum criteria for purity threshold it is rejected/destroyed. That threshold is 99.6% for most compounds; we also push for higher percentages with a few other compounds due to their nature, but nothing in our inventory is below 99.6% and most of our compounds are 99.9%. From the point of origin (our labs), product is shipped to our distribution office in large batches. Once it is received at our distribution office, we send small samples of each batch to one of a variety of independent labs. We do this to establish a checks and balances system, allowing us to compare to our original HPLC test against the independent test. This creates transparency, as well as ensures quality is consistent. Once that is verified, the batch is approved and available for sale to public/private research institutions and organizations.

2. How should I store my products?

All of our SARM products are stabilized to provide the longest possible shelf life. As such they remain viable for approximately 24 months, refridgeration may extend that period. No research shows that SARMs degrade into any harmfull compounds, should they be stored longer than 24 months you may assay a sample for viability. Please store your product away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry location.

3. Why does my SARMS vial looks to have a little more in there then stated?

All of the peptides are augmented with mannitol as a filler compound. This is because mannitol acts as a protective barrier. Keeping the peptide chain safe until it is combined into a solution is crucial. This is the extra volume that you see.

Mannitol is quite effective in smaller dosages, because it not only protects the peptide, but it also stabilizes the peptide and increases blood brain barrier permeability. To ensure the highest quality, we add this extra layer in order to deliver a superior product.

4. Can I return an item?

All sales are final and refunds are not available. However, we do insure all shipments and in the event that a package is damaged or lost and verified by the shipping agency we will work with them to get another shipment to you at no extra charge.

5. Do You Use DMSO?

We certainly DO NOT use DMSO in our solutions and never have. We are 100% opposed to DMSO in any of our solutions because it is considered to be toxic. None of our solutions have DMSO as a component. We do not use propylene glycol (which is cheap, used by many and considered to be slightly toxic). We use high grade polyethylene glycol (a.k.a. PEG, which is what the medical industry uses) in congruence with ethyl alcohol and a proportion of deionized H2O. All of our solutions have a varying ratio of PEG 300 or PEG 600, ethyl alcohol, deionized H2O or distilled H2O.

6. Who are our typical customers?

Scientists across the globe are using SARMs and Peptides for in vitro research and analytical uses. They are often used to validate agonist interactions, receptor assays and for GC/MS reference. Testing topics include lean muscle mass enhancement, fat loss, increasing bone density and many other potential benefits.
