Directions For Use
To be used as a dietary supplement, it is easiest to consume by mixing in with water. Take 2 tablespoons of dextrose and mix with 16 fluid ounces of water and mix well. Ideally take this immediately before high intensity training and top up if you intend to train for longer periods of time.
